Dear King George III,
I am a French and Indian War veteran and I strongly disagree with your proclamation. I think that if the we settlers want to live west of the mountains we should be able to do so. Since there is a small chance of an Indian raid just tell us that we are living here at their own risk. If we try to befriend the Indians we may succeed and have protectors instead of enemies. Just in case we are unsuccessful at this we should hold meetings with training in protection.
